Write to support@rytmee.com. Tell us the email address you signed in with and, if you can, the phone you use. We answer in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

To report someone, use Report on their profile or in your chat — it reaches us faster and includes what we need to review it.

Account and sign-in

• Signing in: Rytmee uses Google sign-in, and Sign in with Apple on iPhone. There is no separate password.
• Your name can’t be changed after sign-up, so others always know who they’re talking to. Write to us if it’s wrong.
• Changing language: on the sign-in screen, or in Profile in the app.
• Deleting your account: Profile, then Delete account. See Delete your account.

Your profile

• Photos: 3 to 6, cropped to portrait. At least one in action works best.
• Sports: up to 3, each with how intensely you train: occasional, regular or intense.
• Editing: your photos, sports, answers and most details can be changed in Profile at any time.
• Location: Rytmee uses your position once to find your city. Others see your city and a rounded distance. You can also type your city instead.

Likes, matches and chat

• Like a photo or an answer, with a note if you want. If they like you back, it’s a match and you can chat.
• Passed someone by mistake? They can come back into your feed after a day.
• In a chat you can react, reply, edit a message for 15 minutes, unsend it for both of you, or delete it for yourself.
• Unmatching and blocking are permanent.

Notifications

Rytmee tells you about new likes, matches and messages. If they stop arriving, check that notifications are allowed for Rytmee (or for your browser) in your phone’s settings, and in Profile in the app.

Rytmee Pro, Boosts and payments

Rytmee is free. Rytmee Pro and Boosts are optional. Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app are handled by Apple or Google: manage or cancel a subscription, and ask for refunds, in your App Store or Google Play account. Inviting 2 friends who finish their profiles gives you 7 days of Pro.
