Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Rytmee app and this website. By creating an account, you agree to them. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

Who can use Rytmee

You must be at least 18 years old, able to agree to these terms, and not barred from using dating services by law. One account per person.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for what happens on your account. Use your real first name, your own recent photos and your real age. Profiles that pretend to be someone else are removed.

Community rules

Be kind and respectful. Harassment, threats, hate, nudity, sexual content, scams, selling and asking for money are not allowed, and neither is anything illegal. The full rules are on our Safety page.

Your content

Your photos and words stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to other members so Rytmee can work, for as long as they are on your profile. Only post what you have the right to post.

Meeting people

Rytmee helps you meet people; it doesn’t run background checks and can’t promise who someone is or how they will behave. Take care when you meet, and read our safety tips.

Early access

Rytmee is new. While it is in early access, some profiles you see may be fictional demo profiles that show how the app works. They never like you or message you. Features may change as we improve the app.

Rytmee is free to use. Rytmee Pro and Boosts are optional. Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases in the iPhone and Android apps are made through Apple or Google, under their terms: subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account, and refunds are handled by the store.

Reports and removal

You can report or block anyone. We may hide or remove content, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Leaving Rytmee

You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app. See Delete your account.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Rytmee running and safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for how members behave, on or off Rytmee. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it applies. Questions: support@rytmee.com.
